The CVB professionally trained staff personally answers phones and e-mails and serves as our live interactive team for all responses to various advertising campaigns and specialized marketing programs. Additionally, Information Services also manages, updates and creates customized software programs that store and report critical information while maximizing the effectiveness of the entire data base systems. The department utilizes a custom built software system that can provide accurate, relevant statistical data related to individual advertising responses via all incoming portals.
