The Communications Department strives to create and convey a positive image of the Daytona Beach area. It establishes strong relationships with media representatives worldwide, and works on a local level with Daytona Beach area elected officials, opinion leaders and community members to encourage an appreciation of tourism as an economic generator and image builder.
