Thanks 2 You, Volusia!

Thank YOU, residents! Area hospitality businesses have teamed up once again to show appreciation to our residents for their year-round support. The 2009 Thanks 2 You, Volusia! resident appreciation program provides residents with special offers on accommodations, dining, attractions and shops - as well as a special register to win contest.

'Our residents are the best ambassadors our industry could ever have.' says Daytona Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau President/CEO Sharon Mock. 'They're really the go-to experts when it comes to recommending our area to potential visitors, and the Thanks 2 You, Volusia! program lets us express our appreciation for those efforts.'

Beginning November 1, 2009 and running through January 31, 2010 (excluding holidays and events), Volusia County residents can take advantage of: 1) more a dozen accommodations offers; 2) hundreds of dollars worth of Daytona Beach Area Sun Saver savings booklet coupons, good on attractions, eateries, shops, spas, tours, golf and more; and 3) a special residents-only contest, with a winning prize of a weekend at a local beachside resort, restaurant and attraction passes, and more.
